Or is it the return of their asking price in what is not likely to happen within the next 5-10 years that they are waiting for? Inflation adjusted it will probably not happen until we have another bubble which could take 20-30 years or never again. Either they need a new advisor or could it be that they have run out of equity and prefer to foreclose instead of selling for a loss? Joel, your link didn’t work. If anybody wants a higher-quality version (though I imagine I’m the only one really interested in that sort of thing) I could upload something better. I recorded it in insane full 1080p HD (1920×1080), and can convert it into pretty much anything.
