So nobody in their right mind could possibly want to live anywhere south of Seattle? The only suburbs are north or east?

I’m curious where people live now.
It seems bubbloids here are disproportionately from the Eastside, but it would be nice to see something more solid to back up my feeling.
Did we do that yet?
