Tim, you nattering nabob of negativism- if you keep this up even Kary will become convinced the end is near. I have this vision of him sitting in the ashes, checking the math, and claiming no one could have predicted it. ;-)

Re: The tax credit “extension”… am I reading that right???
If so, I’d like to meet the couple making $250k a year that would be persuaded to “move up” by an $8k tax credit.
