    Not to worry, if the 8 ft of water comes to bury your home, the FEMA insurance will save the day….LOL

    Tell that to the Florida hurricane homeowners 10 years ago, still waiting for help…..or the Katrina homeowners from over five years ago still living in dinky formaldehyde fumed trailors….the FEMA help, LOL….

  2. RE: softwarengineer @ 1 – I may have said this before, but we had a client we were helping rent a place on Kent’s East Hill. It was amazing how many people were looking at the place that were down in the valley afraid of the possible flooding. Some even claimed that the landlord was willing to let them break their lease!

  3. As for Cascadia, lets hope they end this one before they start timber sales and clear cut the land.
    Stop already!
