    Done, thanks for the reminder and the site :-)

    Although I’m a late comer to the Bubble I was very pleased to finally feel like I wasn’t slogging it alone thinking pricing was madness for quite a while (still is for the most part, IMO). Anyway, have been enjoying the site just about daily since I heard you on NPR a while back.

    Tim gets paid in FOOD by me whenever he desires! In addition I believe we advertised with Tim for a year long before he even got a job at RedFin . He knows if he wants us to advertise with him all he has to do is email me. As long as we get the ad placement right where it was and where it belongs.

    What BS Toad do I spread? Please advise…

    Where you rejected by 500 Realty? Rejected for loan Mod? Needing to vent? Are you secretly Steve Tytler? Mack? A neighbor?

    Now let’s get on with business. You are a full-fledged discount broker. WALaw is only kind of a discount broker. Therefore, it’s only fair that your ad be located just below WALaw’s ad. And in the spirit of discount brokering, you should only have to pay half as much as Craig, since you have the lessor ad placement spot.

    And be sure and note on your ad that you have much lower fees than WAlaw, and put a little up arrow next to the notation that points to the WAlaw ad. :)

    BTW, my Apple stock is going wild. Hopefully you picked some up during the last dip. Netflix is just getting killed lately. I’m guessing you are the type that might have had a short on it?
