    Mortgage payment sterilization, the inflation way:

    What would rates have to be to put enough dineros into 30 year bonds to pay your mortgage? Assume the 30 year gets to 7.5%, and you are making a $3000/month mortgage payment. $480,000 into 30 years and you can live like a poor man’s version of Donald Trump.
