ROTFL. “Mum, what’s that?”
I can see how the buyer might want to invest in a bathroom remodel ;)
That say, 800k?! With the heating costs for those rooms, not a chance.

Looks like the house was formerly a church.
Maybe…Most appropriate listing photo ever.

Why did you censor out the image of Kary?

I think it was smart of the agent to include that photo in the online listing. Better than having people show up and be surprised by the art in the bathroom.

Wow. That is just… wow. I don’t even know how to react to that, let alone the whole bizarre church-house-duplex in the first place.

Maybe it is a Robert Heinlein kind of church…

Well know I’m really curious. The photo’s gone, as far as I can tell. What was it?

If you look in the tax records, the house was previously owned by Lenora Bobbitt.

They tried to remove the photo? Will Anthony Weiner never learn?
Why is it so small?
I wonder if has batteries, and if so, is it waterproof?
I hope they have a tankless water heater.
Don’t even ask what they do with the two bottles.
And really don’t ask if they’re used simultaneously.

I have walked past that place many times and always wondered what occurs beyond their tricycle masonry. Noticing the price increase from the bubble purchase, I’m sure this is the quarter million improvement.
Is that the wall or the floor? I can’t quite tell what is going on there. Is it an artpiece, or did those items leave indents on something?

WTF? I can’t figure out what exactly is going in the picture. Why is everything clear? Should that, ahem, accessory be so close the the toothbrush? It that safe?

I didn’t get it either. Now I think it’s the back of the soap/acc. shelf in the shower? The real question is who is the intended audience – the guys or the gals?
And is this really the least appropriate SB has shown? I don’t know- there’s been some stiff competition. Remember the reflected topless photgrapher in the mirror, or the violent love cage in the home south of I-90?

Stiffer than the object in the photo?
The asking price is more than $200K above the 2005 bubble price. The photo is completely relevant. Whoever buys this place is going to experience the screwing of a lifetime.
On another subject, it’s time for a quick stock check. aapl is at $629. The housing bubble was nothing in comparison to this stock. It’s doubled in less than a year.
