    RE: toad37 @ 1 – Combining a few:

1.) Best location for a RE agent re-education camp.
2.) Best agency to dump blown up flips and worthless home equity loans in
3.) Being locked in a small room with an insurance salesman versus a starving RE agent as an alternative to waterboarding.
4.) Is the quick buck urge an indication of a narcissistic and early psycopathic personality.

LOL Blurtman, Here’s My Stab At the List:

    1) Best backup jobs for RE folks as inventory/sales dip to zero
    2) Best place to watch inflation and federal debt mitigation deteriorate investment
    3) Best RE school to attend so the instructors can have jobs, why the students are unemployed but not counted
    4) Why unemployment, sickness and other foreclosure causes could care less about location, location, location
    5) Why renting or buying in Seattle is a financial nightmare and almost an impossible financial squeeze for about half the low/single income Millenials [first time home buyers]

Clearly, we would have extracted more information from captured terrorists had they been locked in rooms with real estate agents. But that wouldn’t even be controversial, it’s clearly torture.
Still, not only would they have revealed more information, but they would have purchased that condo in Kabul with granite counter tops.

You forgot the stainless appliances to go with that granite…..oh, and if it’s in Kabul, they’ll throw in a free RPG launcher as well. ;-)

    Topic idea for Tim-

1- What is the minimum square footage you could live in and still be perfectly happy.

2- Will old people dying hurt the bigger home market as newer generations move into smaller homes/condos closer to city cores.

These can be combined as well.

    1. What is the minimum square footage old dying people need for their coffins, as newer generations of homeless people squat in their houses?

    Also:

    1. Why is house flipping and remodeling only profitable for home depot?

    2. Is dog or skunk repellent the best way to get a crying real estate agent off your property for good?

What does location, location, location mean to me? A real estate agent stuttering when I ask him for a list of prior convictions.

Topic idea for Tim- (may entail some detective work)

    - I just spoke with a Microsoft guy and he said that Crossroads mall in Bellevue is going to be the epicenter of what is going to become another skyline type city area, Bellevue part 2 if you will. Anyone else here this?

RE: Ira Sacharoff @ 5 – In Take the Money and Run, one of Woody Allen’s great early comedies, Woody is put in solitary, in the hole, with a fast talking, eager insurance salesman.

I hadn’t heard that. But I know they are going to be doing major development not too far away in the Bel-Red Rd. corridor.

I’ll have to watch that again. Very few movies have cracked me up the way “Take The Money and Run” did. Especially that scene of him robbing the bank and them unable to read the note. He has a gub?

RE: Ira Sacharoff @ 14 – Or he carves a gun out of soap, paints it black so it looks quite real, hijacks a guard but then it starts raining and he is left with a hand full of soap suds, as the guard looks at him disaprovingly.

RE: Ira Sacharoff @ 13 – Agenda 21 development in action, baby! I know of at least a couple of businesses that have already moved (before getting kicked out). Light Rail is our salvation, all bow down to Light Rail, coming to downtown Redmond by 2093 . . . oh wait, they still haven’t figured out how to do light rail expansion joints on a floating bridge . . . details!!!

Yes, We’ve WAY Overbuilt Empty Hospital Facillities, Like Group Health

Now they’re selling a facillity and their stock is plunging in value in synch.

Speaking of plunging in value by 75%….Group Health bought the facillity [with our property tax dollars?...LOL] for like $120M in 2005, now its worth like $32M in 2013….

“….Moving forward with plans to build in Bellevue, Group Health Cooperative has signed an agreement to buy a 4.18-acre plot of land to build a $120 million outpatient facility near the Overlake Hospital Medical Center campus….”

RE: softwarengineer @ 18 – Another disturbing trend is the overbuilding of new, state of the art, emergency rooms. Why? Not because they are needed, but because they are by far the most profitable medical service.

RE: wreckingbull @ 20 – I couldn’t agree more – the center that Evergreen put into the movie theater parking lot in Redmond is (besides being less than 10 minutes away from their main campus in Totem Lake) not very busy, and has quite a number of people working in there even on weekends.

Our tax dollars hard at work!
