The kicker is that redfin is showing this house sold in 2000 for $328k!
Maybe it was subdivided?
Again the commute is a little too far for me, but that looks like a $90k loss from 8 years ago.

Alan,
202 Woodwind wasn't built until 2001, so I'm guessing that the sale in 2000 was for several lots including the one where this house now stands.

Bottom? what bottom? Seattle area is at least 12-18 months away from hitting a bottom, I think.
