Am I correct that Case Shiller release February's numbers this past Thursday, last Thursday of every month? I am anxious to see how flat that February 'recovery' the REIC was so bully on turned out to be.
I know Tim is a busy man in real life as well as keeping this board up. Just wondering if my information is correct on release date.

they release the last Tuesday of the month, which is tomorrow.

CS numbers are out this morning.
Seattle is off 1.0% month to month, and 2.7% versus last year.
I expect Tim will probably have a post up later today
