I own a duplex so I use it to answer questions like: How much should i charge? What are others charging? What do their places look like? etc etc...
Im a bit of an entreprenuer. Anyone have any other ideas? I know I can't use this to make money as it is against Craiglist's terms of use policy. In fact, i wrote him and asked him. and he said no.
