I'm sure there is. Jack McCabe down in Florida was thinking about, and trying to raise money from investors, for this sort of thing years ago on another board I frequented. I always found it funny when he was the go-to guy for good quotes in papers - generally slanted to his monetary self-interest. I haven't heard much from him lately. Maybe he vultched too soon!
