Inventory up another 2% this week, asking price drops

I don't put a lot of stock in median asking price (either median OR asking) but it is interesting that its down this week.

Even more interesting, inventory for King/Pierce/Snoho county is up another 2.1% this week (versus last week)

I am sure others will point out that we are not at "historical highs" for inventory but the trend is getting pretty pronounced. We are at a high for the cycle and still growing at an annualized rate of 294% (1.021^52)

Almost a 3% increase in inventory, within just a week; a 12% increase with the past 30 days -- this summer is going to be very interesting

(BTW, I think that it's a little more than a 2.1% increase since last week. Last week the inventory was at 44.x%)
