Cobdo auctions - a few odd cases, or general oversupply?

I've noticed some Seattle condo auctions, Parc in Belltown, and Press on Capital Hill, and am curious if these are just a couple of odd cases by their builders or a sign that the Seattle condo market is somewhat overbuilt.
