How far will they drop this 800k+ house? (Mapping confusion?

This is just for fun. I look every few days at the most recent prce reductions, and I found a house that has some price-worthiness issuesL

Listed at: $824,000
Propetry valued at: $463,000

....
Then, I look for the address on Zillow, but it can't find it and Z instead takes me to the Everest neighborhood. I mapped where Redfin thought the property was, and ZIllow reports an $677,500 estimate.

No expert here, but I think the property assessment is for the old house that was scraped off. Zillow wouldn't do any good for a new unsold house in an old neighborhood. Even in today's market I think someone would pay $600K for it, if they could get a loan.
