KC buying/selling records?

I live in south capitol hill, not too far from Group Health. A year ago some developers bought a lot close my apartment and put up 11 town homes. They've been finished for about 3 months, but I have yet to see any one around, no lights on at night, empty walls when I look in from the street, etc.

I'd be kind of interested in renting one if the price were right, and so I'm trying to figure out what the status of them is. 5 of them are listed for sale on redfin, but it's hard for me to believe that they've sold 6 of them with how quiet it's been over there.

Anyways, my question... how do I find out if they've sold? I've gotten the parcel numbers, but I'm not quite sure where/how to look next to see if they've sold. If someone would let me know what the process is, I'd be most appreciative. I'd like to know how to do this in the future. Does it take a while for sales to show up?

The parcel numbers are 1355300001-1355300005 and 1355300008-1355300013.
