We are looking at renting for a second year and shop for better digs. This week a landlord shared his sage prediction for this housing market, "The prices here will be o.k. for 2 years and then we tank." He has lived here his entire life and was a no nonsense type. It was refreshing to hear someone speak the truth.
There are plenty of home owners who know that this market will correct. They are wise and keep their own opinions secret.
