OK - check this listing price history

Everything from 964k to 872k, moving wildly up and down over a period of 351 days.

Two things here:

a) Why on earth would you raise prices after the thing has not moved for 6 months?

b) Can anybody show me a listing in the Puget Sound area with a longer list of price history?

c) Why would you raise the price $4000 one day after raising it $340?

d) Why would you spend $900k on a mid-sized spec home in the burbs with no yard and have to pay HOA dues? It's the worst of every type of housing rolled into one. At least it's not a townhome style house with shared walls.

The main thing that shocked me was the sheer number of price changes. I have seen prices go up and down before, but not 25 of them on a single listing!
