Detrimental Listing Photos

Because there's nothing classier then a faxed (or photo copied?) older image of your home.

That's a listing for new construction. Hard to use an actual photo when the house isn't built yet.

Not actually a listing photo, but when I drove by I couldn't resist taking a quick snapshot.

Nothing says "welcome to your new home" like a bunch of bright orange cones and caution tape.



I think they just repaved the front end of their driveway and the sidewalk in front of it. Seems like the kind of thing you would do before you put the house on the market.

I still think they missed out by not adding the moat... be the turret turned out sotra sweet... but would you pay $685k for it?

for 2x the price paid just two months ago, and they couldn't even be bothered to move the car or ask the contractor to pack up for a few minutes (or even stop climbing on his truck) for the photo.
