Some of you may remember this unit from . None of the four townhomes I mentioned in that July post have sold yet. Two have been taken off the market. The third still has a sign out front, but does not appear on any of the listing websites.

This flop is the only one still actively trying to sell, and given the price drop from 2005, they must really need to sell. I'm guessing this is the unit I saw moving vans in front of a few months ago.
