If you keep clicking through parcel viewer, some trust bought the property because of a default on the mortgage. I googled the grantee "mortgage loan asset backed certificates" and found this interesting class action lawsuit on a similar entity

Seems the investors didn't like being sold AAA trash.

When suits like that are resolved it will be another wave of hits on banks like Citi.

sniglet, click through from jon's link. No wonder CitiGroup finally showed their hand to the government and asked for a bailout.

A class action lawsuit like this could set a pathway for future lawsuits.
