but checking the next tier of homes, 400000-600000K. Since everyone in Seattle or who wants to live in Seattle is extremely wealthy and has fat bank accounts, this number should be dropping every other day or so. Also, with the constant appreciation, listings should be dropping as well.
This will prove once and for all that Seattle is totally unaffected by the national (except Seattle) housing crisis.
