Is there an easy way online to figure out how much homes recently sold for? I get notices from cbbain.com when a home in my target area sells, but it doesn't indicate how much it sold for (rather, it simply shows what the final asking price was, even if the home actually sold for less). Redfin.com has sales records, but there seems to be a couple month delay. Does anyone know of a way to find this information out in a more timely manner? Thanks.
