New tactic by builder

Here is a new tactic by the builder. It seems Harbour homes in Mill Creek (Brookside) is having tough time selling houses. They have 5 available homes under construction. Recently they reduced the buyer bonus from $10,000 to $7,500 giving the impression that they are doing sales; but, the price of the some models are reduced by $10K (2700 model from $484K to $474K).

Interesting...huh...reducing buyer bonus and at the same time reducing price!
