Housing just got cheaper in King County

Quadrant Homes just announced they intend to start liquidating inventory. They are offering housing at steep discounts (as low as 60 cents on the dollar), which they can do since they are vertically integrated with Weyerhaeuser, and have lower overhead for lumber.

Just an FYI, but here in Kenmore, I'm starting to see prices at 2005 levels. Even at those prices, nothing is moving!

And that's not an April Fools', much to the dismay of real estate "professionals".
