Based on my memory, it seems like a lot of the Eastside homes are selling at prices that were beign sold during the 3rd quarter of 2006. Anyone else notice the same?
(This kinda makes sense -- MLS stats indicates that prices last month were about 4.5% lesser compared to a year before)

The agrees with you, the latest data showed that Jan 08 sales were back to Aug 06 levels. I would guess that CS in March, when its available, will show a similar relationship back to 06 prices.

Don't know what part of Bellevue you are referring to, but from what I've seen Lake Hills is off about 10% from peak (summer 2007) for houses that are actually selling. I'm seeing most houses just fall off the market.
