Anecdotal Story (co-worker/flipper)
Posted: Tue Apr 22, 2008 7:00 pmI work with a co-worker that has recently unloaded all of his houses. He ended up selling them all by undercutting every house in the neighborhood by 50k. He had a pissed off neighbor confront him and yell at him explaining how he was single handedly "ruining the market" for everyone else!
I wonder how many other flippers are realizing its panic time.
