Escala condo raising prices - Interesting analysis

Developers Take:
Market for high end condo's not cooling in Seattle

Analysts take:
- Carrying costs for project is high - trying to use future price increase signals to motivate buyers sitting on the fence to purchase now
- Developers trying to reassure investors and financiers that they still have confidence in the project.
