All,
A house I am interested in has a shared driveway with the house next door. I was curious if anyone has any good links that are helpful in researching these types of easements? Or is this a go to the courthouse and dig type deal.

You can get some information online from the King County Recorders/Auditors office.
And some is go to the courthouse. But an easement is certainly something that should have been recorded.
