Indeed. It's actually a nationwide gig. You'll be seeing similar posts from me once a week on all eight of the individual Redfin market blogs, covering a range of statistics run on Redfin's database.

I think it will be fun, and I hope some of you find it useful and interesting as well.

Actually no. I was referring to the "insider" pdf files that are published monthly by the NWMLS, but not released on their public website. They provide a bit more data than you can get in the "breakout" pdfs that they publish for King, Pierce, and Snohomish.

Although now that you mention it, I may see if Redfin would allow me to use their data to generate a chart or two in the report.
