Here's one that's kinda funny.



The builder is asking $560,000 for it, despite the fact that the all-but-identical house they built immediately next door .

The really great part is that this one was originally listed at $540,000, but in late October around the time they were closing on the sale of the twin next door, they jacked up the price by $20k.

at just how similar these two houses are.

have them both at 4 beds, 3 baths, 1,444 sqft on the first floor, 1,291 on the second.

Maybe they should just take it off the market for six months--they could re-list in June for $50k more!

When the owners left the house they turned off the heat, leaving the poor chairs to huddle together in the sunlight for warmth.

This one is my favorite. I can't quite figure out if it used to be part of bigger house that got torn down or what. It looks kind of like a shanty to me. Take a look at the interior - the "loft" bedroom is terrifying to me as a 6'6" man.
