Posted: Tue Mar 03, 2009 3:17 pmAs the article mentions, the same company did the Bremerton condo auction. The reserve price was not revealed, and not a single high bid met the reserve. Only 18 of 28 made it into closing, and I'm too lazy to look at how many actually closed.
