It's Half a Image!.. You want what's in the box? http://www.redfin.com/WA/Everett/2427-Rockefeller-Ave-98201/home/2689179Attachment:

The other images aren't particularly good either, but I think one is the most detrimental of the lot..

4804 236th St SW Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043 I could probably go on all day, but I think I'll end the "tight shot of shower" series with this one. Wow.

I thought you were saying they didn't survive the season because of the environment, not because they all get caught. Completely missed that.

 Re: Detrimental Listing Photos
Someone needs to learn how to turn on auto focus. Even the Google Images aerial photo has issues, but I can't link it. Odd that the house sold on 3/9/2009 and immediately went up for sale for less. Short sale? Foreclosure? Moron? Mar 03, 2009 / Price Changed / $323,900 Mar 03, 2009 / Sold / $335,800

Purchased by the prior owner in August 2004 for $335,000, refinanced in 2005 and again in 2006, NOT received October 2008 showing behind over $42k in payments on a total loan amount of $491k. Foreclosed in January, per county records.

As shown on these pages over and over and over again, the moron is not on the endangered species list.

 Re: Detrimental Listing Photos
That is hilarious, only two pics, same vantage point, one just demonstrates you can park a backhoe and plumbers van in the driveway at the same time. Though I do wonder what type of septic issues it had...

one picture in this month old listing, and it's...the bathroom: http://www.redfin.com/WA/Seattle/3333-W ... e/12093076I know you guys like to rag on Realtors (tm), but you have to think anyone could have done a better job with this listing than this FSBO. way to save your 6%, seller.

That is funny it sold for more than asking in that price range.. This was posted earlier on page 6, as of now Redfin still shows it for sale.

Text says "Waterfront property" but maps put the address no where near the water. Property owner is a Real Estate Lawyer ( ) though, so the definition of waterfront may be subject to argument.

 Re: Detrimental Listing Photos
Not so much a detrimental listing photo. More a detrimental lack of photo. http://www.johnlscott.com/propertydetai ... 060&Sort=0"Views of Lake from Living Room and the Great Wrap around Deck!" Nine photos and not one of the lake view. The random capitalizations are entertaining too.
