 Re: Detrimental Listing Photos I'm not even sure that's not an effect rather than a true wide angle lens. Notice how the 'wide angle' shot actually includes less of the image.

Almost as annoying is the lack of pictures in so many listings. If you say it has a view, show me a picture. Pics of the back yard and garage should be required.
If you look at that last one on Zillow they actually have some good pics of the garage and yard. Pretty nice looking garage too.

Re: Detrimental Listing Photos Welcome home! Have a seat, watch some TV.   I love the change on the counter. My guess is that's all the owners have left to their name after paying $380,000 for this place in 2005. Now on the market at $290,000 - 24% off the 2005 price. Ouch.
