Not that an agent would have taken better pictures, but that one is a FSBO. If it had been an agent, they'd have talked about the "dreamlike" quality of the home, and when asked about it, they might say " Can't remember, it was all a blur."

WOW. If you had not provided the link, I don't think I would have believed those were really being used on a listing.

Hey, It's Beaux Arts. Impressionist Photography is the latest craze.

Doesn't this one belong in over price listing of shame too?

Currently listed: $1.5 million
sold in 1999: $410K
Tax Assest value: about $1.1 Million.

Out of focus, pictures of people...fish?! I'm starting to think agents just upload whatever photos are in their cameras for these listings and don't give it a second thought. Earning their 6% for sure.

The out of focus pictures are from a For Sale By Owner listing, so you can't blame agents for everything. Most everything, yes, but not everything everything.

Honestly, for someone who fishes, if they're showing you can go fishing in your backyard, that's not too bad of a listing photo I think.

I don't consider a stocked trout pond to be fishing.

Most lake fishing in Washington is from stocked fish. Only difference here is location I would say.

And most stocked fish don't last a year. That's a pretty good sized rainbow. He's been around a few seasons.

Actually, I believe most fish stocked by the Hi-Lakers in Washington (which includes most stocked alpine lakes in the state) last their natural lifespan, but they don't reproduce.

It's not that stocking is bad, it's that when you put a lot of fish in a small area, there's no real challenge. Unless they caught it with their hands!

yeah, anything you have to hike to - the fish probably live to a ripe old age. now if the average bait fisherman can get his truck in there...
