I think you read it right...however, simply reworded it could say.
"Hey investors! Buy our place! There is already a tenant so you don't have to put an ad on CL!"
1. How much are the renters paying?
2. If it cashflows, why are they selling it?
3. How long will the renters be there?
4. Are the renters respectful of the property and the neighbors?
5. What jobs do the renters have? Are they in jeopardy of losing them?
I want a house to live in....not to "invest" in.

I agree w/ EconE. It seems probable that the comma should have been a colon.

Perhaps the listing agent should pick up a copy of .

Nah. I think the place comes with renters who lost their shirt investing in real estate.
