This is just up the block from me.... This is a 350k or 450k tops neighborhood. Take a look at one someone did/is trying to do.

Just a few houses from 65th. Bonus! Perhaps the developer is some sort of Rip Van Winkle that fell asleep in 2005, only to wake up, finish his work, and neglect to pick up a newspaper.

I just checked on this and found it re-listed as "New On Market" and 400k less than the original listing.
How does this show as New on market as its more like 6 months total?

its worth noting that as of 10/12/09 the original permit to build the house has not been completed, nor has the permit to do the sewer on the side of the house.
