Advice on real estate appraiser for Kirkland

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has advice on a honest and fair real estate appraiser for the Kirkland area.
Here is the the story. The house we are renting has an offer on it. The owner would like us to buy it at the offered price. This house is all about the view and is somewhat of a tear down so it is hard for me to find comps.
