Hi Everyone! I have been a long time reader and fan of this blog and wanted to thank everyone for all of the reasonable information that can be found here.

My wife and I are thinking about buying in Bothell, particuliarly in the Collage developement which is being built by Conner Homes. We found out that Conner Homes has defaulted on a few places because of the economy by have gotten the OK from Wells Fargo to begin finishing off the Collage developement that they haulted about 2 years ago. My question for everyone is this...has anyone done business with Conner Homes and how is their build quality? We are looking at a couple of lots there for around the 450k price range for a 3300+ sq ft home...is this price point to high for Bothell even though they are reviatlizing the downtown corridor which will end .25 miles from the Collage? That 3 story stuff just kills me.

There is a project going up on Meridian this week I think, 2 story homes on 9K square foot lots. Check it out I think they are starting Friday. Called Shelton Estates around 228th and Meridian intersection towards the lake.

Thanks for the heads up! I will head over there this weekend...I just hope that they are in Bothell and not Kenmore. Do you know who the builder is and the size/asking price for these homes? Thanks!
