 Current rent to sale price ratio?

Post Current rent to sale price ratio?
I'm looking to rent a condo for about 0.5% of the purchase price in monthly rent. Does anyone know what the current going rate is for purchase vs rental price?

I used similar condos recently sold in the same building to get that number.

How does that compare to the current rental market?
