This site is like housingtracker.net on steriods. Check it out.
I wonder if the drop in price this week is accurate?

The site's been around for some time.
The data is coming straight from housintracker, I think, so those are asking prices.
What I like is the first and 3rd quartile info.

Looks like their data feed is screwy. All cities showing huge drops.

both this one and HT get their data from MLS, I think. I like the graphs on this one, and the fact that it is updated more
agree that this week looks like a bad tick. not sure what is going on. If you look at the main page - all of them seem screwed up. Expect it will be corrected soon

I have been tracking this site since the first of the year. Usually pretty reliable but every so often the data goes berserk....like right now.
Yesterday (before the "stroke"), Seattle asking prices were down about 12K.
Hopefully tomorrow they'll have it fixed, and prices will be down even further.
