What percent of houses in Seattle are for sale?

It seems to me that as I drive around these days, I see houses for sale all over. Not long ago, I saw houses being built all over (which I still do), but not nearly as many for sale signs.

Does anyone know what percent of the houses in Seattle are for sale? I've seen stats on the total number for sale, but I don't know how many houses (and townhouses, etc) there are.
