Prices are softening because of summer vacation!!!!!

here is a letter i got from my zip relator, letting me know i can get a great buy now becasue the market in renton is soft BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE ARE ON VACATION. oh. i thought it was a bubble. i thought summer was prime selling time. if i buy now do i get a pink pony?

Wanted to let you know that the market has softened in your search area. We're
seeing many Sellers reducing their prices and becoming very motivated.

This is because we are in the summer lull. Many buyers (and agents) are on
vacation. This leads to more supply and less competition. The law of supply
and demand has not been repealed so active buyers are getting great deals. This
opportunity will likely be over soon by the end of summer and into the fall.
There are a few choice windows for buyers during the year, and this is one!

If this is the right timing for you you're in luck. I wanted to let you know
what's going on in the marketplace!

And in October, it will be softening because they are back at work. And then it will be softening more because of the holidays. and in January- February it will be weather related. Maybe even March. That almost gets back to the time for vacation related softness
