33% Home loans Fail in August, 50% refi's Fail

33% of brokered loans failed. The article says that a third of all loans are brokered. Therefore, the correct subject line (based on this article's information) would be "33% of brokered loans fail" or "at least 11% of all home loans failed".
I'm not saying things aren't going to hell, just that I think we should be careful with the stats...
