So cool that you've got a phpbbs forum now. A much better format...

You might consider adding the attachment mod. It will allow people to add images, video, etc to their posts. I added it to my phpbbs and people loved it.

Anyway, seems like the Seattle market is exploding right now. I just checked Zillow and my house went up 30K in the last week. Now stands at 530K, a 151K increase in less the two years.

Notice the huge spike in February...I thought this year would be slower but it looks like it's already exploding.

Awesome! Good for you. Have you gotten a lot of people interested in that price beating down your door? Don't they have a "Make me move" feature where you show a value and let the buyers beat down the door? I would recommend pricing 6% above the Zestimate. Then again you don't want to leave money on the table... better make it 12%.

That is awesome! You should totally take out a home equity loan and buy something nice for yourself. You deserve it for earning all that money.

I seem to be losing ground. Zillow says I've dropped about $32K just this month. Rats.

Shug, good to see you back. be sure to take some equity out right now. I think you need a new beemer. From what you have posted as gains in the last few months, you can buy two. If you don't want to take out that equity, just put your place on the market. I'll come by the open and laugh in your realtors face. er I mean, make an offer on your place.
