Apparently not. Although big (3,500 sq ft) the new home will be "Extreme Green" with a focus on making sure Connie's bills will be affordable. Her situation was that she was about to lose both her home and livelihood as her house had not passed a city inspection. As well as being structurally unsound it contained lead paint and asbestos. Sometimes an older home is not a romantic dream but a financial nightmare.
