I did like his "Baby Blue" icon (blue baby with sunglasses)....that was pretty cool.

In one of the linked threads he said that he expected to be valued at $600K in three years. Three years later and he's a wee bit short of that expectation.

I figured I would take a look and latest ZEstimate is at $438k. But what caught my eye is that there was a "make me move" of $565k early 2009 and then it was listed through 2009 for $950k!?!?!
Not about bashing or anything, but why would someone list at such a ridiculuous price? What am I missing?
