"For five figures in Los Angeles, the offerings are pretty humble. Pretty typical is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom house on East 98th Street in South Los Angeles, near the intersection of the Harbor Freeway and Century Boulevard. Its listing calls the 738-square-foot house "great for a growing family." The seller wants $85,000 for the house, which sold in 2006 for . . . $365,000."

2006 - A cute home and great investment with lots of upside "in the bag"
2008 - POS in Da Hood
What goes around......

Meh, no thanks. I don't want 75 in February any more than 25 in August. I rather enjoy the climate here, including the winters. And LA has so much more not to like.

The main problem for me about living in LA would not be the weather. It would be the fact that it's LA.
