Did I ever mention that this thread seems to have lost its way?

I'm not sure what you're talking about Rose. This seems like a normal, natural progression for an internet messageboard thread.

recession divorces - wife with big boobs - more talk about boobs - car with boobs on it - homosexual superheroes.

Let's see, I'm broke and can't afford my latte, organic food, SUV, or dream house. Do you think I'll use that opportunity to eliminate the only luxury I can afford - orange spray-on tan?

I doubt it. It's probably a good time to invest in http://www.BahamaBronze.com

You forget, there are always ladies who will like those idiots with orange spray-on tan. Who are you to judge other people's taste?

Since this thread is already hopeless, can I be the first to nominate FreedomLover for the Robroy award of excellence in blog posting? Maybe it's premature, but I'm feeling like this is the right horse to back for the race. FreedomLover hasn't hit the ball over the wall yet by using the one analogy that's always accurate (for blues that is), but he's been pretty steady with the singles with a couple doubles thrown in there.

Oh the simple joys of reading the comments over at CR. Found a link to this delightful story in the NYT.

Anti Love Drug May Be Ticket To Bliss

"...This hormonal hypothesis, which is by no means proven fact, would help explain a couple of differences between humans and less monogamous mammals: females’ desire to have sex even when they are not fertile, and males’ erotic fascination with breasts. More frequent sex and more attention to breasts, Dr. Young said, could help build long-term bonds through a “cocktail of ancient neuropeptides,” like the oxytocin released during foreplay or orgasm."
