Sounds like you need to run a credit check or require their FICO score, before you say "I do".

I listen to this radio show that has been discussing this subject quite a bit lately. I've heard countless callers, say that their wife was either hidding debt and/or have huge amounts of debt. Because of the depressed RE market they can't refi their way out..Not a good situation to be in.

Nothing says "I love you" like a credit check.

Big boobs are an AMAZING marketing tool.

If only I could find a similar house with a garage to park my car...
